BLACK BEAN DIP
SHAKEOLOGY BALLS

These are great when you have a chocolate craving but don't want to make a whole shake. And don't let their size fool you, they're just as filling as they are delicious!

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 cup old fashioned oats

Squeeze of honey

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup pecans-chopped

Combine all in bowl. Roll into balls and keep refridgerated. Enjoy!

This one is healthy and SO delicious. Good luck with portion control on this one. Try it with some carrots for dipping.

Ingredients:

2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)

Juice of 1 lime

2 Tbsp EVOO

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all in food processor until smooth.

Ingredients:

1 serving Chocolate Shakeology

1 serving Vanilla Shakeology

1 cup Fiber One® pancake mix

¾ cup water

Directions: Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and cook according to Fiber One package directions. Drizzle with maple syrup to taste. Makes 6 pancakes.

NOTE: You can use any pancake mix you want, but Shakeology customers find that the Fiber One mix has the best combination of taste and healthiness. However, there may be better choices for you depending on your exercise and weight-loss goals.
