Eating healthy doesn't have to be all boring and celery sticks. Get creative! If you don't know how to cook, you'll learn fast, trust me. And your spouse will eat the burnt dinners for a few nights until you get the hang of it don't worry.

 

If you're eating 5-6 times a day (and you like variety) you're going to need a LOT of recipes! I'm always finding new recipes I LOVE so I'll continually update this and add more as I find them. Don't forget to take advantage of Pinterest too, there are always TONS of recipes and they're easy to 'healthify' once you get the hang of it. It's a learning process! Out with the processed and in with the homemade!

NUTRITION TIPS

-EAT EVERY 2-3  HOURS. 5 to 6 times a day!

-HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE, You should be drinking about half your body weight in ounces EVERY DAY.

-Eat clean, unprocessed foods--organic whenever possible

-Never skip a meal

-ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST

-Prep your meals in advance so you're not tempted to hit the drive-thru

-Try not to eat after 8PM

-No carbs or fruits after 6PM
-Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep EVERY NIGHT
