That we don't have to 'survive' on fast food and feel sluggish and disappointed when we look in the mirror. There's another way! A way to be HAPPY! And it's our job as a coach to show them that. There are so many people who NEED our help, but my reach only extends so far, I need a TEAM of people, on a mission, showing people the way and helping end the trend of obesity.
